Some internet service providers have increased blocking or throttling (restricting bandwidth available). OpenVPN allows you change your protocol automatically to try and counter this issue. Please follow the link for detailed information if you are experiencing a slow connection.

If you are an existing ClearVPN client and you need to upgrade to the latest version of the software on windows or MAC , please follow the links.
If you would like to completely uninstall the OpenVPN client please follow the instructions in these links
If your OpenVPN client has upgrade on your phone or tablet or you have ported over to a new device, you will need to re import your profile.
