Open your web browser (i.e. IE, Chrome, Opera or Firefox) and in the address bar type the website address provided in your email.
You will be presented with a logon screen.
Enter the username and password supplied to you in the welcome email.
Select Login and click the Go button.
You will be presented with a client download screen.
Click on “OpenVPN Connect for Windows” link
Internet Explorer click “Save” (This will download to your default download folder) or "Save As" and then select the folder you wish to save the file in and click “Save”. The file will now download.
Firefox click “Save File” then select the folder you wish to save the file in and click “Save”. The file will now download.
Run the file once it is downloaded.

The client will start to install.
If you get a User Account Warning click YES
The client will now continue to install
Once the OpenVPN client has installed you will get an icon in your taskbar and on your desktop.
Now that the client is installed please follow these instructions to connect to the VPN service.
Locate the OpenVPN icon in your taskbar, right click on it.
If you do not see the client in your taskbar, simply click on the OpenVPN Connect icon located on your desktop or in your start menu.
The system will proceed to connect.
The first time you connect to the service you will receive a warning box, click “Yes”.
The client will start to connect and the icon will have a little arrow in it.
Once the connection is successful a message will be displayed and the icon will have a green check mark.
You may now surf the web with VPN protection.
The installation is now complete and you can close your web browser. Please follow the connect and disconnect instructions below.
Select the VPN servername, then select "Connect as username".
To disconnect, locate the OpenVPN icon in your taskbar, right click on it.
Select "Disconnect VPN servername".
The client will now disconnect, and a message will be displayed when the disconnection is complete.
That's it you can now surf the web as normal.
